this is why  the spare parts department staff is constantly available to costumers, with a warehouse of over 55,000 different voices of spare parts ready in stock, huge assortment of  accessories and binders/hemmers.

customers can also rely on a warehouse of over 50,000 needles, good availability of blades and sharpeners for circular and vertical cutting machines, and band knives. also ironing accessories are available.

normally, all required spare parts and accessories are shipped the same day, subject to the availability of required materials; shipments are always made through most popular express couriers, both in italy and abroad.

very important  is also the wide availability of parts catalogs of sewing machines, and technical/service documentation is always available. since 1997 we introduced the repair service for electronic equipment repair into our workshop.

upon request, we are able also to produce guides, hemmers and binders with features out of catalog (costum made), to solve our customers’ specific needs, always having best italian producers working for us.
