Attachment mounted on PFAFF 483-731-900 studied for
automatic manufacturing of: BRAIDS - STRAPS - FLAPS COLLARS
- CUFFS - by use of predetermined jigs, built according to
the customers requirements, useful also for models with particularly
acute angles.
The use of the component does not require any particular operator
training. Specially designed for jackets, trousers, sport
jackets.
After the jig has been set into its slot and the starting button
has been pushed, the machine will perform automatically the following
operations:

pneumatic lowering of the presser foot on the jig;

insertion of the edge knife and contemporary actuation of the
dust vacuum (vacuum optional), and automatic air cleaner on needle
plate;

start of sewing with initial bar tacking (dense optional);
-
optional delayed starting of the edge cutter;
-
sews following the jig profile;
-
contemporary jig edge cutting with dust vacuum (optional);
-
end of sewing;
-
final bar tracking with release of the edge knife and lift of
the presser foot, which will allow the operator to extract the jig
and insert the next one, prepared during the sewing phase;
-
automatic jig eject. Particularly suited for clothing industries
manufacturing "coats"
